Details of this Package:

The Triple Certification process is designed to certify and check the 1) quality, 2) sustainability, and 3) experience of outfitters on a specific hunting area. However, a great hunting area and its staff is only as good as the outfitter who hunts on it. Therefore, it is required for our team to, once-off only, certify the hunting outfitter in unison with your first hunting area listing. This process is more in depth than your subsequent area listings.

We know that budgeting is important to our partners, which is why we provide buckets of value included during this first certification process. This includes:

1. Professional Promotional Video of your operation.
2. Professional Interview Video with the outfitter telling clients about the operation.
3. Professional A-Day-With Video, where our team goes out with you on a hunt, or mock hunt, to give clients an idea of what to expect when hunting with you.
4. Professional Drone Footage of your hunting area.
5. Professional Lodge, Staff & Wildlife Photos.

It also includes:

• Your Triple Certification certificate to display in your lodge.
• Your signup fee and done-for-you account set up.
• Your first hunting area-listing valued at $499.
• A Hunt Africa marketing campaign focused on your new area listing to boost views.
• Your “Triple Certified” profile badge on the Let’s Hunt hunter’s social media app.

To complete the certification, we will need the following:

• For our team:
  • To visit your hunting area, and require accommodation for two men, for 3 nights and 2 full days.
    • This is to allow us sufficient time to complete the certification and film your operation dutifully.
• Dining:
  • We will be filming your operation, thus, at least one plate of breakfast, lunch and dinner should be prepared to allow us to film your dining experience for the promotional content we will provide.
  • We highly appreciate it if you can provide meals as this saves us time to focus on the certification and filming – however, you are not required to provide meals, only firewood and dishing space.
  • Our team will provide our own alcoholic drinks. Water, soft drinks & coffee is appreciated.
• Facilities
  • We will be filming your facilities, so please ensure that it is in the utmost of condition, with everything as it would be for your biggest clients. This is so that you can highlight your facilities on the promotional content as best possible.
  • Bedrooms:
    • We recommend that the room(s) you prepare for our team be prepared in the manner described above. This ensures that we can, before even offloading our gear & bags, film the rooms and you need not prepare more rooms than necessary.
  • Vehicles
    • Please ensure that your vehicles are washed and cleaned, once again to ensure it is best portrayed in the promotional content.
  • Staff
    • If you do not have clients in camp while our team is there, minimal staff is required. Your tracker, chef, skinner, and a cleaning lady is however required. We recommend that your staff wears at least branded headwear. You may also have branded shirts and/or aprons.
  • Other facilities
    • As mentioned, your facilities will be filmed, so please ensure it is in the best condition possible. Other than that, your facilities are also part of the certification process. This means that we need to inspect all facilities as part of the certification process. This includes but is not limited to:
      • Bedrooms / Bathrooms
      • Vehicles
      • Staff
      • Kitchen
      • Dining area
      • Bar
      • Skinning Shed
      • Salt Room
      • Your WiFi or other GSM/Satellite connectivity equipment in working condition
  • Gear & Paperwork
    • We also need to check certain gear and paperwork as part of the certification process. Please ensure that everything is in order. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Paperwork:
      • Your latest brochure
      • Your latest Pricelist in all currencies of the markets you target
      • Your Outfitter’s license
      • Your hunting block hunting rights permission/license, with the name and contact details of the landowner/relevant authorities
      • Copies of your permanent PH’s PH licenses
      • Your medical and fire emergency evacuation plans
      • Your hunting association and/or club membership papers or cards
      • 10 Client references
    • Gear:
      • Your backup rifles
      • Your up-to-date fire extinguishers
      • Your up-to-date first aid kit
      • Your card processing machine if your pricelist or brochure indicates that bank card facilities are available
      • Your mechanically sound, up-to-date with services, clean hunting vehicle

The above-mentioned information is only to give you an idea of what to expect. We will provide you with full documentation to help you prepare for the certification when you have booked your date with our team.

For your hunting location to be listed, we have created this package in such a manner that it benefits you in media creation, promotional content, advertising campaigns and more. The value of the media creation alone is well above the asking price of the Triple Certification.

Hunt Africa is not an exclusive “Old Boys” club and is affordable and open to all outfitters. All that is required is for you to pass the certification.
